Weight at doctor's office today was 208.8, which is actually one pound less than 3 months ago but still too much. His scales differ from mine by almost 10 lbs! Blood pressure was fine 120/80. Everything good except my A1C was up slightly, from 9.4 (three months ago) to 9.5 today - which is still too high. He strongly encouraged me to work harder to get my A1C down and I am seriously going to try harder. He wants to see me in one month and hopefully I can get a good start on getting it down by then. Otherwise he wants to change or add to my meds to get it down.
