Tomorrow morning I go for my first weigh in. I started Monday so we will see how much I have lost in the 4 complete days on this by the time I weigh in. It is harder in the afternoons than any other time of the day so I think I will take my Dr. up on some appetite suppresents to get me through the afternoons. I don't seem famished any other time. I know that this extreme low calorie/carb/sugar is going to work for me I can tell a difference in my body. It's just so hard to get 64-100 ounces of water in a day. I make it to 64, which is a struggle but I have not made it to 100 ounces. I am sure once I am allowed to go to the gym that will be increased from working out. Wish me luck tomorrow morning! :)
