Yay! It's dropped again!!! Can't say that I've changed anything in my eating patterns. I have been watching the salt and staying better hydrated. But I'm just glad to see the numbers going down again. I've also just ordered a new bunch of vitamins to make sure that I'm not missing any needed. I'm generally extremely tired no matter my sleep so I got some extra bcomplex, multi vitamins and biotin. Let's see if those help.
