Hey OLJ, would it be less frustrating to weigh weekly or twice monthly, to remove more of the inflammation impact, you work so hard and the daily scale swings don't show it. Wishing you a wonderful day and sending hugs your way, blessings🙏🏽💕

Thavk you for the support and advice. I truly am not frustrated. I’m stay pretty zen. My doctor advised weighing daily and she’s an endocrinologist. That way I can track inflammation as I eat the way she said to. It’s the inflammation that’s frustrating and it will kill you. I realize no one gets out alive and I’m very okay with that, but I have a few more things to do in life. The doctors don’t even know the reason. I look good and I’m not stressing over my physical appearance. I’m concerned for my health as I’m a Warrior. I literally got several autoimmune disorders in remission with diet, exercise, and stress reduction. I will get this information under control. It’s hereditary so it’s harder. Have a beautiful day! 🌻🌈

OLJ I hear tumeric is good for inflammation, could tumeric tea help?

I’m a Warrior by ancestry for real. Turmeric is great, however, I always call my pharmacist per my doctor to see if it interacts well th my medications. Just because it’a natural doesn’t mean it’s safe with RX’s. I can’t use it with my thyroid meds and I have thyroid autoimmune. I’m working on that next! I’m using homemade Ginger Root Tea. It’s helpful for a host of issues including weight loss/obesity. I believe in holistic healing along with science. So blessed to have doctors that agree!

The health benefits of ginger root tea are awesome. It stabilizes blood sugar, inflammation, APL sorts of tummy issues, helped my IBS tremendously. Google it. It’s so good too! Hand a beautiful day and many blessings. 🌻🌷
