Feeling good getting good muscle growth and slimmer waistline and elsewhere on my body. Not stopping on this groove Ive found post covid/cough, it was like a little reset for my body to continue the drive to 265.

Get out there and get active today!!

341.6 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
