Followed it pretty well! I've started exercising for 30 minutes first thing in the morning and I don't think I've ever felt better. I should reach my goal in about 3 and a half months.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
