I can’t do keto, I love carbs too much! Eggs and bacon are a lower calorie meal for me and we have chickens and needed to use some eggs so…. I try to make it a little healthier by using two eggs and 2 egg whites or 1 egg and 3 egg whites. I lose weight and maintain better on a lower to mid fat diet and carbs don’t seem to bother me either way unless I log out on bread, crackers or chocolate a few days in a row.
