It's great to see my weight below 200lbs again after quite a few years. I plan on keeping up on the weight loss and am shooting for 190 by the end of the summer. 185 might become a goal depending on how my body continues to lose weight. I do have a couple challenges coming up, a few trips with family/friends. I typically lower my eating restraints on vacations since i want to enjoy the time and not constantly think about food. I realistically know i will treat myself some, but i believe i can still limit myself to not overdo it, and at least maintain my weight for the duration of the trips.
