I'll be honest. The last few days, its been more difficult to consume enough calories than to keep under my daily limit. I've been trying out new low calorie recipes and the servings are so large for what you get.

I'm still feeling pretty good about the diet. The only complaints I have are that we've had to make so many grocery trips and that I haven't had as much time to work on crafts because I'm spending so much time recording data and looking up recipes and food information.

Joe is getting sick of going to the grocery store. I don't blame him. We keep having to go back to pick stuff up just about every day. Part of it was his fault, because he didn't pick up half the things on the original grocery list. I'm to blame too, though, since I keep adding recipes and needing supplies. Last night I reeeeally wanted to make a banana caramel smoothie, so he had to stop and pick up bananas and yogurt... and he forgot the bananas and had to go back a second time. (I wasn't going to make him go back, but he did anyway.)

As for my crafts, I usually spend a good portion of my morning before work quilting or working on other projects. I've been so busy with dieting that I don't have time to work on anything else. I'm not frustrated or anything. I just have one particular project which I'm working on for someone else, and I'm not motivated to work on it. Feeling a little guilty.
