Went to The Melting Pot tonight, and they don't seem to have any of their nutritional information published. if anyone knows anything about this, that would be helpful. I tried to figure out what i had to eat and put together the info for my food diary. I was very proud that I focused on the fruits and vegetables, and shied away from the bread, and cakes, though I took a taste of each. I'm feeling really good about my choices today. phew!!
