Barely six AM, and I'm awake after a night of drinking. Ugh.

Yesterday's bachelorette party went well. I saved up too many calories though. Either that or I sorely misjudged how much I drank. I had three bacardi & diets (the first one I spilled halfway through... aww sad) and two shots of Jameson.

I can tell the diet is effecting me, because that was enough to get me drunk (not just tipsy). I also didn't have anything to eat before that would soak up alcohol. Not complaining, since it made me a cheap date. :) Just not used to getting drunk off five ounces of hard liquor spread over several hours.

However, I was toast by the time I got home, took the dog out, then went straight to bed without eating my last 300-400 calories.

But I was good and avoided the fatty appetizers and made sure I had a large meal (4 cups of veggie stir fry with a slim fast) so I wouldn't be hungry during the evening.

A note: The boxes to enter text for journals and forum posts is a little weird. For some reason, it keeps dropping letters off the end of my words like it doesn't pick them up when I type them.
