Well i am doing what i can it is still hard to stop and really think about what I am eating, but i know that it will get better with time : ) I am looking for good LOW calorie foods that will make me feel fuller longer. I was a mid-night snack kind of gal and that's probably the hardest thing to over come. Also i am trying to stay up all day and not have a nap or sleep all day.... its hard but im making it.
