ya there <3 I have been watching YOU TUB on eating ,,, more veg fruit excit all kinds of shows on eating and losing and its gearing me up to thinking better and eating better I know I know I have a far ways to go ,,,, but I'm mentally feeling better I will eat what I have bought can't afford to through it all out ,,but my mind set is feeling better
