So I have been very good since my little slip up Saturday although it didn't seem to affect my Ketosis, but I have on out of town engagement to go to this weekend and amm seriously worried,about not bieng able to track ....I really don't want to go over again.....I am gonna pack string cheese and jello and Atkins shakes,does anyone have any other sugesstions that will keep well?
