9.5 miles on the stationary bike, ran/walked on the treadmill 1.75 miles, lifted weights for 15 minutes along with situps using weights.

My goal this week is to work out at the gym 4 days for a minimum of 2 hours each time I go along with using zumba dvd's the days I don't go to the gym. I am making progress, but I need to step it up a notch. It seems like I have to trick my body into a new mode since it was getting used to the same routine day in and day out.
