i haven't joined many challenges but i just joined the H2O challenge and i'm excited! i tend to add crystal light or propel packets to my water to make it more drinkable, and so far today i've had just over a liter of water. so while the challenge is to drink approx 64oz of water per day, i plan to up the ante and try what i've been told works best... take my weight, split it in half and replace lbs with oz. drink that amount. so that's about 113oz. i figure if i can take in approx 3 liter bottles of water per day, i'm set... wish me luck!! i'll be reporting back, that is if i don't float away!! lol!!

I joined that challenge too! Propel tastes really good, just FYI. I have a 1 liter Sigg bottle that really comes in handy!

Good luck! I joined a challenge also...the 10 lbs in one month. At my age, it's not as easy as it used to be, but maybe having that deadline looming in my head will make me work harder! Good luck with the water!
