I am off on holiday tomorrow for a month so won't have Internet access all the time, I intend to come back with a weight loss and not a gain I shall be cycling something I don't do here and have packed my trainers so I can do a lot of walking.There will be lots of eating and drinking but I will just have to cycle a lot more to even it out!
