Ate much more of a variety yesterday, didn't log it because it was too difficult since Jesse was cooking. LOL Still lost weight!!! 1 pound! I ate sausage, green beens, tilapia, eggs, butter, bell peppers, steak (oh, it was so good)... I'm sure I had to have eaten over 1000 calories. Totally stoked that I lost still on that. :)
216.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
