3 days diet coke free. i didnt really plan to kick it but i went one day without it, then another and today was the third day. i am so proud of myself... maybe i wasnt really addicted to it afterall? i drank so so much of it... i have only had water for the last few days and i feel fine. i have been eating great the last few days - here's to keeping up! and recording all the time, no matter what i eat!
