I’m enjoying this app! Starting to notice the little tools and reports info that give me insight on my eating style. Wish it had a bit more activity info. I see it shows a bit of that but it’s a minor thing. ☺️
Now that I have a few days usage under my belt, I’m ready to start daily journaling and logging.
This weekend, I will buy some food prep stuff and make a soup to eat for lunches. Maybe do some quick snack tupperwares or baggies. Thinking hummus and veggies, fruit, and other good stuff.
