starting new routine next 30 days. this is my day 1. morning and night workouts for next 30 days, 5 days a week...here we go
194.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
