Did very well on my cheat day for the super bowl. Did really bad on Tuesday. Much better yesterday. Today did great. Skipped the gym Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Went Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday by myself. Wade was there but did his own thing. Tonight was the chiropractor. He said the gym was ok, but Wade said not tonight or tomorrow night. Wants to get my schedule set up so.....I know I should just go but tonight ice pack sounds better on my back. Will see about tomorrow and Saturday for sure. Will have my schedule by then or will just look things up on my own. I guess the scale will tell me when I get back on it Sunday. One day at a time. One pound at a time.
