Hi! I am back here after a LONG time away. I had a year full of emotional eating, and gained 10 pounds. So, now I am back with 30 to lose. I also tried out Sparkpeople, but I think this site seems a bit more personal for some reason, though I think all the major websites have their strengths and weaknesses. The android app for this website didn't used to work on my phone, but now it does, so I can log when I'm out and about, which makes me SOOOO happy! WooHoo! I really want to jump in and make some big changes and get some results, and stop making excuses!
