Although I know what to do , I haven't been following my diet as I should, I had a belated Christmas with my family 15th January as I was ill over Christmas and now I'm getting ready for a 4 week holiday so have been out most nights with friends that I wont see for a while, I'm determined to come back weighing less than when I go however!
