Ok, it hasn't been quite a year since I last signed in :) Lets try this again. Same weight as last April so at least I haven't gained anything. Started new meds, moved my family into my grandparent's house and finally have a little bit of a routine. It is time. Goals for this week: 1.Get up before 7am every morning 2.Drink 6 cups of water a day 3.Don't eat after 7pm I think three is reasonable to start with. Lets see how this goes (again)
