Temp 104F, UV index 13, humidity listed as "severe". Just walked almost 2 miles. Been home an hour trying to figure out how many calories I just burned. 12? 20? 6? Never enough to cover energy expenditure so am going down for a nap when I stop sweating. VILE weather.
