well went to Dr today shoulder still acting up impingement he says.so now I have to build workout around it.other than that all is well.have a great evening everyone

I have a torn rotator cuff. Not enough for surgery so I’ve had to change my workout a little bit so I don’t hurt myself more. It’s hard but it is doable. You got this!
