I'm really determined and committed to this journey but sometimes life can get crazy. I've been under so much stress these past couple weeks from so many sources and directions that I've been struggling hard with depression. I haven't been recording my cals fully or at all on some days, and I've been eating whatever. The only upside is that I haven't gained and have maintained my current weight pretty well. It would be a lie to say that I'm not disappointed in myself because I really am. Seeing a loss on the scale, even a small one, brings me a sense of happiness and accomplishment. Moving forward I'm going to try to prioritize myself and my eating, despite the chaos that surrounds me. Life will always be chaotic and depressing at times and I am determined to learn better ways of coping then eating my feelings and maintain a positive outlook.

Looking at your bio, you're doing great! It might even be a good idea to maintain for a while. If you aren't tracking and you aren't gaining, you must have developed some healthier eating habits, which is great.
