Still at 141.6. Boo! Hiss! Spit! I'm wondering if that is my actual weight right now or water retention. I haven't been hydrating like I should these past couple weeks. Yesterday I drank at least 4 bottles of water. Then I had a high sodium dinner. I made spicy chicken stir fry and had marinated the chicken in the stir fry sauce and soy sauce. Yikes. Then added a little more sauce to the finished product. It's healthy, it's only chicken, veggies, and rice, just high in sodium...

I was going to go to the gym after dinner last night, but I was so tired I ended up just watching Iron Chef Japan with my boyfriend instead. Lol. I need to start going on my lunch again. There's no way I'll wake up early to go, I'm NOT a morning person. I'm so hungry when I get off of work, I really just want to go home and eat dinner. Then after dinner I'm just so tired... BLAH!

I just need to find that motivation to get these last 5lbs off. It's only 5 damn pounds! Why is it so hard?!?

Could you add an afternoon snack or increase the size of your lunch so you're not starving when you get off of work?

I think lunchtime is key. I used to work out over my lunch break and I loved it. It split up my work day, and it made me feel refreshed after sitting on my booty all day behind a computer. It was hard thought. I could only get a 20 minute work out in, and I was rushing from work to the gym, and eating lunch on the go. Do you have enough time to do that on your lunch? I think snacks are a good idea, too. I know what you mean tho-- It's hard to find time/motivation to workout when you work full time and have a full time boyfriend! :-) (ha ha, as opposed to a...part time boyfriend?!) HEY WAIT, I was going to end my post but I just thought of this. Could you split up the time you exercise? Like do 15 minutes in the morning, half hour at lunch, 15 minutes after work? That's an hour right there! I actually might do that... WOW this post was a ramble!

Lol. Laura, you crack me up. That's a good idea though. I get a whole hour for lunch and my gym is just 2 miles down the road, so if I change at work, I can fit in at least 30 mins, maybe more, depending on traffic... /0, I usually do snack in the afternoon. Lol. I've even tried eating lunch later so that I'm not so hungry by 6... But... Well, I'm just always hungry!
