Did yoga x yesterday and couldn't feel better about it. It was exactly what my sore muscles needed! I don't think there is going to be a work out today though...my period started and I am bloated and sick. I am going to try to pull it together to do the legs and back but I'm not so sure yet. I'm thinking that I need a nap first though.
