Ok... So even though I started this 20 day challenge to myself on Monday, today was my first day of exercise. I have to start somewhere, so I started with 1 mile WATP this morning. My goal is to exercise with Walk away the pounds 1 mile twice a day for a while, and then move up to the 2 miles twice a day so on and so forth. Right now, I'm satisfied with the 1 mile twice per day. WE shall see!
