45 lbs leg press - 2o reps
35 lbs triceps - 15 reps
15 lbs biceps - 15 reps
50 lb. leg curl = 20 reps
30 lbs
abdominal press 65 lbs. 20 rep
back press 90 lbs - 20 reps
chest press - 40 lbs - 20 reps
shoulder press 15 lbs - 20 reps.
plank - 2 rounds. 15 secs 1st rep, 10 sec 2nd rep
Side planks one round, made it about 10 secs.
Crunches, front, left and right. 2 reps. 10 each
Lower abs-leg flutters? Two rounds count of 20 each.
