I have really been good during the day, however there were 3 times we went to dinner at a restaurant. Restaurants because 3 really big issues. The first issue is I eat way more calories and it derails everything I have been working for. The second is I don't know how many carbs I have eaten and the 3rd is I can't take my insulin until I get home and I have no idea how take an hour or more after I eat. As a result of taking it late I crashed to 61 last night. I would have had a really good weigh in this week had I not went out to dinner.

I think I need to get meals ready early at night so I don't want to go out to a restaurant because I am hungry.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
