Today, Monday, June 22, is the first "real" day of the kids' summer vacation. We're going to try to go to the gym daily; so I am hoping to get a good variety of exercises. I'd like to strengthen my core muscles.
The weekend was not great, dietwise. What else is new? I'm going up and down the same ten pounds over and over. I know I'll conquer this eventually, but I have to remember that it's a daily struggle that I can't ever ease up on. I need to remember not to lose grip, not to indulge. I tend to forget that people who stay slim are really always watching their diets. I reward my efforts with food, which is counterproductive. I'm still learning. I'll get it. Okay. No more complaining. On to today's events....
