Not sure what to call this except lunch. I baked/broiled some tufu I basted with a peanut butter/garlic/siracha and tossed with linguini peas and carrots in a homemade hummus peanut sauce. All healthy who cares about calories and macros.

Yes the tofu I basted with a pb/teriyaki/garlic/olive oil and spices. A baked and rotating broil no recipe just me in the kitchen. I made two packs of tofu and will work the rest into the next few days meals.
