So today Marks the first day of my 20 week "Releasing the Weight" Challenge. It is my goal in these 20 weeks to lose a total of 5lbs per week ending with a grand total of 100lbs lost at the end of these 20 weeks. So today I weighed myself and I am at 400lbs. YIKES. So at the end of the 20 weeks, I will be at 300lbs. I can't think of my next challenge. But it will be good too. I'm excited. I know that this time I will make it! God is good.
