it's just one of "those" days. Made a nice dinner. Oven fried pork chops, roasted Brussels sprouts and macaroni and cheese. The only thing that looks edible is the Mac n cheese. So my dinner is 2/3 cup of pasta and cheese. I'll have blackberries later. The texture of the pork, the sight/smell of the Brussels just isn't happening. Not tonight. 🤢 Maybe tomorrow will be better...?
