Did approx. 15 mins on the treadmill. 1.5 incline, 2.8 speed
Leg Press- 3 rounds- 20 each- 40 lbs.
Leg Extension- 3 rounds - 20 each - 30 lbs.
Leg Curl 3 rounds - 20 each - 40 lbs.
Biceps- 3 rounds - each - ? lbs.
Triceps - 3 rounds 20 each - 30 lbs.
Chest press- 3 rounds - 20 each - 30 lbs.
Shoulder press - 3 rounds = ?each - 10 lbs.
Back Ext - 3 rounds - 20 each - 80 lbs.
Abs - 3 rounds - 20 each - 70 lbs.
Squats- 3 rounds- 10 each- using body wt.
Using big ball for waist. 3 rounds ? each
