Every one in this community is so inspiring, and my heart goes out to all of you that are struggling to drop some pounds, and get a little bit healthier. For many of us, myself included, this is not an easy task. All we can do is keep learning from our mistakes, and each other, and hopefully we can make some improvements together. It also helps to see people be open and honest about their struggles and setbacks.
As far as my goals: I am turning 50 this year, and have not been in the 170s since my 20s. God willing I will get there.
