I'm suppose to eat 1300 cal a day, and apparently FS is generous with that rdi.

I don't know how I can eat only 1300 cal a day. I'm always starving with that. 1300 cal is really peanuts, no not peanuts, they have too many calories!

Love means never having to say you're sorry, but dieting means to always be hungry?

I am never hungry when I am having a 1300 calorie day. You should eat protein with veggies for breakfast/ lunch so that it will keep you feeling full throughout the day. Then you can have two snacks with fruits, they don't have a lot of calories and for dinner some whole grains with protein. In between drink tea ;-)

I would recommend that you think about replacing the juice with real fruit. Have water, coffee, tea, something without calories instead of juice. Eating 2 oranges a day instead of 2 oJ's will fill you up better.

I try to maximise my veggie intake and keep active, but that not always easy!!! Also, soups help my to feel full so I try to start my meals with it, and lots of spice. When the going gets tough, the tough, the tough get going; stay confident and you'll reach your goal NowIunderstand.
