been trying to eat more calories now that the weather is warming up and I'm outside doing more activities. Just started looking into my sugar intake, I cut it back a lot in the beginning now i'm looking to refine it. Realized I'm starting to become addicted to exercising, tried to take a day off yesterday and rest still ended up going for a bike ride and some minor dumbbell exercises.
