@franciscogaray1977 I order Mr. Tortilla brand online. I think they make them from protein powder I believe. The chips are 6 net carbs for a small bag and the small tortillas are 1 net carb.

i was doing low carb for over a year and my cholesterol went to 304. My dr wanted to put me on statins but i decided to change my diet and 3.5 weeks on whole food plant based diet it dropped to 198. My dr clapped for me. He doesn't know that if you're a fat burner your LDL should be higher but I've been on both diets and was ready for a change anyway. Just good luck and stay strong!
