For today 12/26
Did approx. 12 mins on the treadmill. Still having Achilles pain on left heel, so stopped early. Leg Press- 1 rounds- 20 each- 40 lbs. Leg Extension- 1 rounds - 20 each - 30 lbs. Leg Curl 1 rounds - 20 each - 40 lbs. Biceps- 1 rounds - 10 each - 15 lbs. Had a hard time with this one today. Triceps - 1 rounds 20 each - 30? lbs. Chest press- 1rounds - 20 each - 30 lbs. Shoulder press - 1 rounds = 20 each - 15 lbs. Back Ext - 1 rounds - 20 each - 50 lbs. Abs - 1 rounds - 20 each - 50 lbs. Squats- 1 rounds- 10 each- using body wt. Using big ball for waist. 1 rounds 20 each. 3 mins on bike. Pooped out today. Just did not have it in me, but at least I showed up and did some.
