I threw away the scale.... I decided not to weigh myself every day i was just getting very depressed. me and a friend are talking about getting the lap band done I am just at the level for it so I might not qualify other than I have high blood presure and hormone issues and m.s. so that might help lol... plus the fact that even on my worst food days I haven't got above 1600 cal... its stupid!!!!
