So, maybe putting my 'journey' out online, I'll increase my attention to the diet. The past couple weeks have been hard (lots of random personal stuff) but perhaps I'm settled enough in my head to get back to focusing on this change. Guess time will tell, not terribly used to this on-line journaling thing, or journaling in general for that matter. But hey, good to try new things, huh.
