Happy Friday!
I haven't forgotten about all my buddies ~ I've been busy with my family Christmas celebration last weekend, and then I left for vacation on Monday. Goodman has time off until January 12th, so we are on a 3 week road trip. I'm really trying to stay close to my lifestyle plan - but it is REALLY HARD!! I have exercised with hotel exercise equipment (exercise bike or elliptical) each day and we are doing a lot of walking as we sightsee, but eating out has really been an issue.
Hotel breakfast choices consist mostly of waffles, bagels, Danish, and non-Greek yogurt. I've tried to make the best choice of raisin bran with banana and skim milk. Lunches and dinners are at restaurants. I try to make the healthiest choices, but I have had more "splurges" than I'm comfortable with. I wish I had a way to weigh myself. This will be a good experience for me...it is all a part of my life. I need to find a way to make it healthy for me.
I'm not sure when I'll have the chance to get back on the site - but I use my mobile app to record my food journal. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!
