Anyone trying to cut weight? What are your macros? I weight 131 and am 5ā€™6ā€ workout with weight four days a week for 45m to an hour plus cardio once or twice a week. Iā€™m at average calories 1200 daily intake, 25% protein, 30% fat, and 45% carbs. I was dropping weight but have gotten stuck again.
