I have a thyroid issue which I take medicine for. So I am careful to shop for products without Soy. I'm not saying that is is bad, its just not good for someone like me. I found a whey protein powder that is 100% organic and has no Soy no GMOs and no Gluten or additives. I order my off the internet from Dr Mercola.com Check it out for yourseves. Another trick I discovered was mixing it with unsweetened almond or coconut milk which has more calcium anyway. And again I shop for the organic, its just better for us. Both products work well with my low carb diet which is exciting for me and I just wanted to share this with others.
