I did great yesterday in terms of eating and energy. I had a smallish portion of chicken w/ a cream/parmesan sauce at 11 and a large portion of salmon cooked in teriyaki mayo at 5. I was worried that dinner was too early for me to make it all night w/o another meal, but it was fine. I woke up hungry, but feeling good.

I can't decide how to time my eating today, though, because it's 9 am and I'm hungry, but I know I can't eat dinner until at least 7:30. Noon would be nice, but I don't want to feel starved. I may just go ahead and eat soon and then see how it feels to have my meals so far apart. Who knows, maybe it'll feel fine.

Food plans for today: first meal -- roast pork; second meal -- cheeseburgers with mustard and sugar free sweet relish. If I need a snack, I have a small portion of tuna made up, but I won't be home after about 3:45.
