I haven't been recording my food as accurately as I did when I was at my dorm. I'm starting to feel like I don't need to record it anymore. Now that I have healthy groceries at home, I know I'm not eating bad things and I know I watch my portions.
I'm going to try to keep recording, just because FatSecret has helped me so much with losing weight, but I guess we'll see how it goes.
